Hi, I'm Nicole. 

 

When I was a leader in a mission-driven career—juggling work, motherhood, and an identity I’d outgrown—I thought the answer was to push harder, do more, and prove I could handle it all.

I was starting to question if I was even making an impact in my career—while simultaneously worrying I was missing my kids’ formative years.

I kept thinking: If I could just get more organized… things would finally click.
But deep down, I knew: this wasn’t sustainable.

Spoiler: I wasn’t the problem—and neither are you.

I tried everything. Read all the books. Started therapy. Signed up for wellness challenges. Bought the planners.  But none of it helped me feel present, whole, or at peace in my own life.

Through my Integrative Nutrition Program I learned how to work with my nervous system, rebuild health in my body, rewrite the subconscious patterns running my choices, and reconnect with the woman I’d become—and it changed everything.
